This is a really good way to make serious money by arbitrage!
First, go to www.Coinbase.com - Coinbase is a trusted bitcoin retailer located in the US and setup is quite easy. Still they will ask for deposit verification [2-3 days]. Buy some bitcoins from them and wait couple days for them to be added to your account. Once added, head over to this website:

Why does this work?
btc promo is a company based in Greece, where banks are god awful. They make their money by selling bitcoins to citizens of Greece who don't have access to a bank account (the only way to deposit into a bitcoin exchange) for an even more elevated price.
Why am I telling you this?
