After I had a problem with one of their download links I contacted support. Here is the response I received:
"So please, take your rage, ignorance and hypocrisy elsewhere, it's not wanted around here. Also, just cut out your attempt at sounding pompous and officious. Quite frankly, you are a blatant idiot and I'm disgusted."
Rather than addressing the issue, the company simply responded in an unethical manner. Stay away from this site.

Nice attempt at trying to redeem yourself. The fact is your personally attacked a customer, something no company should do. FileIce LLC doesn't even work; the surveys are obnoxious and never unlock the download. There are plenty of better sites that don't require surveys, such as rapidshare.com and uploading.com. The fact that you are making your dispute a public display makes FileIce look really bad.
