| What happens if I do not reach $3 by Monday? Is the amount carried forward to the following Monday? They mention that the stats are reset every month. Then what happens to the balance which is below $3?

Yes, its necessary to put the invitation code, because that's how you will earn your commissions. It seems that one can easily get suspended from the program if there are several kick outs. Have you experienced that in the 3 months that you've been with them?
