Admin here. Thanks for reaching out to us. If you are the person I think you are, you never contacted me first. What actually happened was that Paypal stopped your funds from reaching our account. We have absolutely no control over this and if you have given us a chance, we would have refunded your money as soon as the hold had completed. What you did was immediately file a dispute. This does violate our terms of service. I'm sorry that you had this bad experience, what could we do better next time? |
